We currently ship within South Africa, Botswana, and Namibia using trusted courier partners. All orders are packaged with care in eco-friendly, recyclable materials to minimise waste.

Processing time: 1–3 working days Delivery time: 2–5 working days (depending on location)

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We aim to keep rates affordable while supporting sustainable delivery practices.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our botanical and self-care products, we can only accept returns on sealed, unused items within 7 days of delivery. Digital downloads (ebooks) are non-refundable once purchased.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours and we’ll resolve it promptly.
